Amanda Rae Amanda is just finishing her 2nd year in college. I'm so proud of her! Go Amanda! Amanda is a great kid, I always describe her as my 'angel'. She's conscientious, polite, responsible and look how damn cute she is! She works full time, and goes to school. When she was in high school, she worked at a dry cleaners for 2 years. Amanda and I started out alone together when she was a baby, and we always have a special bond because of that. We've struggled a lot together, and in some ways, even grown up together. I'm so proud to see the woman she's become. |

| One Thanksgiving a couple of years ago, I got an extra large turkey, I was so tired of not having very many leftovers, year after year. So the turkey was huge, and after dinner I spent a grand amount of time painstakingly taking the meat off. I had it all nicely stripped, and had a big tupperware FULL of turkey. Took me forever! I handed it to Amanda to put in the fridge, and turned around to do something else. I immediately heard a crash and she said -Dont Look!- I turned around and saw all my perfect little turkey slices - all over the floor... |

| Amanda is such a complete hypochondriac. For years, she has been convinced that she has one disease or another. Every week it was some new cancer, or debilitating illness. Then she either discovered or decided she had sensitive skin, and started itching like a madwoman. We had to switch to frangrance and dye-free everything. She just started wearing glasses, and KT and I are waiting to get a hold of them to see if they are clear or prescription! | |
